Strengthening Our Foundation
We are proud to welcome two accomplished community leaders to the Queen of the Valley Foundation Board of Trustees. With deep roots in the Napa Valley and distinguished careers spanning financial planning and health care risk management, Mark and Matthew bring complementary expertise and a shared commitment to strengthening the health and well-being of our community.
Welcome, Mark
Mark C. Richmond, CFP®, knows Napa Valley — its community, its businesses and the people who make it thrive. As owner and manager of Napa Valley Financial, Mark has spent more than 40 years in financial planning, investment management, tax strategies, and retirement and estate planning.
A past president of both the Napa Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Napa, Mark has long been a committed civic voice. He also served nine years as a founding treasurer of the Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition — a testament to his belief in building something lasting for the people and places he calls home.
That same spirit makes him a natural fitforthe Queen of the Valley Foundation. We’re delighted to welcome to our board Mark’s financial expertise, community insight and dedication to service.
Welcome, Matthew
Matthew Siciliani brings 30 years of expertise in health care professional liability, casualty and managed care risk to the Queen of the Valley Foundation board along with a deep appreciation for the institutions that make community health possible.
As national health care practice leader and executive managing director for Brown & Brown, Matthew leads strategic planning, operations and customer development initiatives for the firm’s national health care practice. His career has centered on supporting physicians, hospitals, health systems and academic medical institutions — giving him a uniquely informed perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing organizations like Queen of the Valley.
We’re grateful to add Matthew’s leadership and vision to our Foundation expertise.
