Our community health workers regularly encounter families who have postponed essential care until a crisis emerges, highlighting the critical need for accessible, culturally sensitive health care programs that can reach every corner of our diverse valley.
Perinatal Programs
The goal of the Perinatal Program is to ease the way for new parents, helping pregnant and new moms and dads to feel supported along their journey. In addition to virtual and in-person classes in both English and Spanish, we also provide perinatal emotional wellness services during pregnancy and postpartum. We partner with Buckle Up Napa Valley, a car seat collaborative providing guided installations, inspections and education specific to car seat safety.
Healthy for Life
Healthy for Life is a school-based physical and wellness program taking part in seven Title I schools in Napa County. Healthy for Life is designed to increase physical activity, improve self-esteem and promote healthy behaviors.
CARE Network
CARE Network Programs offer a lifeline to our community’s most vulnerable residents, including those who are unhoused and managing complex medical conditions. Our dedicated team of nurses and social workers delivers personalized support encompassing disease education, medication management and assistance with health care resources.
Dental Clinic
Since 2010, Providence has provided oral health screenings and treatments to underserved preschool and kindergarten children in Napa County. We provide oral health screenings for 650 children annually.
