Don Turner founded a restaurant company in Santa Barbara and after building that company to 26 restaurants and over 960 employees, he sold his interest in the early 1980s and moved to Napa to spend more time with his family. In 1984 he founded Jorad & Company, which he ran until 2023.

Mark C. Richmond, CFP® owns and manages Napa Valley Financial. He provides financial planning services, investment management, tax-free/tax-saving strategies and retirement and estate planning.

Robert Fowles was born in Boston, raised in New England, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. After becoming a CPA, he embarked on a 40-year career in the consumer-packaged goods industry.

Bruce is a retired corporate executive. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Doctors Company, retiring after 20 years of service.

Jeff Streblow is a rare individual. He spent his entire, three-plus-decades career working for one company, Connell Bros., a division of Wilbur-Ellis Company. He retired in 2023 and has been focusing on his philanthropic endeavors.
