Robert Didier, DDS, is a third-generation Napa resident. His family history dates back to the Gold Rush, and the Didier family members are longtime, generous supporters of the Queen.

Katharine (Trina) Falace is an attorney based in Buchalter’s Napa Valley office. She specializes in litigation related to business, real estate and land use.

Amy Heathcote, a native Californian and Napa resident for more than 35 years, has been deeply ingrained in the business and agriculture sectors of Northern California for decades. She brings more than 30 years of management, development and investment experience. Her career has naturally developed her dual and insightful perspective, as she owned and managed a small business for over 25 years before joining the executive team at Laird Family Estate Winery. 

Tim Irwin is an experienced, dynamic wine specialist who began his career in Australia over 20 years ago. An accomplished media personality and public speaker, Tim relishes the opportunity to speak about his passion for wine, particularly in his adopted country of the United States.

Etienne and her husband, Hal, are the owners of Fairfield Automotive Group, which includes BMW, Audi and Volkswagen dealerships in Fairfield, California.

Nicholas Lopez, M.D., is an emergency medicine physician at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center. He joined the Napa Valley Emergency Medical Group in 2009 and is currently the medical director of the Queen’s Emergency Department. 

Ross Alan Monten is currently a vice president at Morgan Stanley. As a portfolio manager and certified financial planner, Ross’ focus areas include large-cap equity, private credit, private real estate and private equity.

Joey is a dedicated community leader, seasoned business executive, and lifelong learner residing in American Canyon, California. As the President and CFO of Abba In-Home Care Services, a company he founded 25 years ago, Joey transformed a start-up into a highly regarded provider of care services across the Bay Area, now employing over 140 staff.

Juan was born in Woodland, CA and dreamed of becoming a charro as a child. After graduating from high school, he joined the army and later pursued business management at Heald College. Despite transportation hardships, Juan worked as a pizza delivery man to pay for his education.
