The Innovation LAB
Queen of the Valley Medical Center Foundation hosted The Innovation Lab on September 19, 2026, at Materra | Cunat Family Vineyards—an inspiring showcase of breakthrough technologies, pioneering treatments and visionary physicians redefining the future of medicine in Napa Valley.
From advanced imaging and robotic-assisted surgery to cancer care, cardiology, neurology and trauma services, the evening highlighted transformative innovations that are already enhancing patient outcomes and expanding access to world-class care close to home.
The program also debuted the inaugural Physician Innovation Award, honoring the 2026 recipient, Susana Gonzalez, M.D., for her leadership in minimally invasive robotic surgery and her unwavering commitment to advancing exceptional care for the Napa community.
