Shotgun start 7:00 am & 12:00 noon

Golf tournaments for men’s and women’s divisions are played on Silverado’s famed North Course. Shotgun starts are scheduled for 7:00 am and 12:00 noon. All sponsors (excluding tee/cart sponsors) shall have priority to play in the afternoon. All other afternoon spots will be filled on a first paid basis. *Evening BBQ is included.

This year our format is a Shamble. Everybody drives, you take the group’s best drive and play your own ball from there. Scoring will still be based on combined best two net balls per hole at 90% of established handicaps. If you do not have an established handicap, please list your last five 18-hole scores. Golden opportunity for the first hole-in-one to win a 2009 automobile, courtesy of Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet-Toyota. Morning player check-in at 6:00 am. Carts out by 6:45 am. Tee off at 7:00 sharp. Afternoon players check-in between 10:30 am and 11:30 am. Carts out by 11:45 am. Tee off at 12:00 noon. Lunch and beverages are provided to all golfers on the course. Awards and prizes are awarded at the evening event at the Grove. Mulligans are available for $20 each, limit of 1 per person.

The men's and women's tennis tournaments are held at Silverado's Resort Courts. Check-in for women begins at 8:00 am and play begins at 8:30 am. Check-in for men begins at 12:30 pm and play begins at 1:00 pm. Awards and prizes are presented at the courts following play.

Reception begins at 11:00 am and seating for the luncheon begins at 11:45 am. Tables are for 10 people. If you would like reserved seating for your group, please include those people at the time of your reservations. All reservations must be paid in full to hold tables. Tickets will be issued and must be presented for admittance.

Silverado's Grove is the setting for Day for the Queen’s night festivities. Cocktails and Silent Auction begin at 5:00pm. Barbeque starts at 6:30 pm. Followed by dancing to the music of Pride and Joy. Tickets will be issued and must be presented to be admitted.
